Thanks and good luck with your investments . There is no way of knowing 100% on any stock , it is all a risk but currently MTH looks to be a reasonable bet with Morningstar stating that it is currently under-valued and giving an indication of 5c which i think is still conservative . Morningstar have been correctly predicting the price rises for MTH in the past so it is i think a good guide.
