When you look at buyers Vs sellers that makes sense and Morningstar have been right on the money these last 12 months. Commsec showing a sheet load of buyers and not so many sellers . Personally i think those selling into this small dip may regret it , if you have set a price to sell at stick to it and make the buyers step up as they undoubtedly will at the moment , then again most are smallish parcel sizes which indicates retail mum and dads so understandable that they maybe want a quick profit .
