if they do take up the MXR rights then that will be the final nail in the Big Kev coffin.
the best bet for FMS is to do a script takeover of MXR, sack all the staff of MXR, cut costs on it big time and then try and wait it out. if FMS sinks any cash into FMS they are really stupid.
it makes more sense for FMS to do a script offer for MXR and save on admin costs and then when the market recovers start spining out the projects into new IPO's. its going to mean the existing equity investors get very little except only slight better script in FMS (slighly better because FMS has cash) the alternative is to let MXR go broke and get it even cheaper.
if FMS uses its cash on proping up MXR further then the solvency of FMS might come into question.
