3/4 Things I look for Resource, Register, Management & Location.
Old workings, results etc are great to establish grade & continuity in order to extrapolate towards an inground value.
As soon as that gets above MC you have a slight safety net. M&I resource already with a short ramp plan to produce from shallow oxide ore & the operator & JV partner already on site permitting in place sort of screams that $20m is short of fair value at present.
AP has indicate the transition goes from weathered to transitional to fresh rock at depth.
The oxide ore is early money at 0-50m or so with a simple heap leach operation generating cashflow.
Cross faults add easy ounces quickly hence the eagerness to get a grip now in order to pad out the existing MRE.
500'000 to 1'000'000 oz and you are definitely on the radar..
Early cash flow plan & permitting reduces risk so IGV can head north on that basis.
My guess opinion only says there is another multi m oz in the making but I won't pre-empt too much other than to say, I am pretty comfortable in the risk profile as it stands & that $50-100m isn't far off. Gltah H8tey
