    I'll go out on a limb and speculate that this is the bottom. The rate of decline has slowed but importantly there has been measured accumulation on the retrace (volume tells the story). I'm no chartist but thats how I see it from watching the daily trading action and from researching the company's fundamentals. AIMHO (DYOR).
