Simple point is that the statement you made: "While the June candle is young, sellers have attempted to drive the price down below those previous wicks, but the market again has thought it was too cheap and have driven the price back up to 24 cents" - I don't know how this can be a meaningful indicator if the volume was less than $100k i.e. very little demand moving the price around 10% swings - since this stock is so illiquid
