technical break in chart, page-20

Hi fbryce, I personally use a combination of technicals and fundamentals but I do lean a fair bit to the technical side. If you Look at FMS today we have just gone past the bottom Bollinger Band which is supposed to be an oversold sign. If you throw in the past few days news items who knows where it could go. Now we have to contend with some bad sentiment which is another ball game altogether. If overseas data goes ok tonight we may see most of the loss picked up aagin, however if things go bad overseas again it may not be good.
