This chart had to do some work around the 10 to 11 level, and then push on up on a volume increase. That is exactly what I thought would happen and it looks like a confirmation with today's action. Barring any bad news or market tank, this stock has a count to around 24 cents by my calculation. Today's announcement was good, so I expect more positive news will keep the upward momentum going.
