Its formed a long term base, broken out above resistance and fundamentally, they are making a profit. Breakout from a long term base is one of the strongest chart signals you can get.

There is blue sky factored into every spec stock - many wont turn around a profit for years and are valued in the hundreds of millions. TOX is profitable, has good growth prospects and has a very small market cap. Why is going up? Not cos of Hotcopperites like you or me, but because its being re-rated.
