    No, I am not in at this price, however, again, it is a technical breakout. T/As may jump in.

    A mill was bid at 3.8 this morning which was pulled. It is perhaps indicative of someone attempting to push the price up. I assumed that it was a dummy bid and I was just implying that dummy bids do not fool anyone and can work against a stock.
