technical - bullish flag formation?

    I'm thinking we may be in a bullish flag formation here... A break and close above the upper edge of the flag with volume would be significant...IMHO

    If they strike Oil whilst drilling the the current well it could spike up quite hard...

    Anyone else got a tech opinion...
