Chart is good when not too much changes.
Fundamentals are for changing the chart.
I bought yesterday @31.48 and yes it is going to cause some pain because fundamentals changed overnight.and cwliew will be able to say I told you so.
however I believe it will hit 32.5 in the next week or two barring a collapse in metal prices.
The charts also told me not to buy earlier in the year when the price was below 29
