You commented that hostile takeover could occur despite Hatrack stating that a significant number of mgmt etc would not participate. Proving that M&A occurs globally proves nothing, of course it does. But you can't compel a shareholder to sell against the will unless you get to mop up the last 10% under compulsory provisions or get a scheme vote approved - Hatrack indicated he didn't think that was the case and you have done absolutely to disprove this (nice job trying to distract though).
