I like to know what is going on and try to keep a close eye on the two essential ingredients of a successful business........

1. Product & Service
2. Management

For success, there is no room for either to be 2nd rate. Both need to meet and exceed high performance levels. There is simply too much competition and threats for there to be any complacency or poor performance. There are issues on both fronts that concern me that I feel need addressing.

I will continue to watch and monitor progress and am happy to share with you.
