Hoohoo saying that the discovery of oil will give the stock a 20% spike and that's it really typifies a blatant down ramper trying to get in cheap. You may have your opinions that the target area is a long shot etc but at least show an understanding of what hitting oil can do. It's completely subjective as they can hit any number of zones they are targeting in this high impact drill and with specualtion they could fly easily to 100% + gains. They could also announce average gas shows and only fly 30/40% you can't put a definitive share price gain on success at this point in time and to give a best case scenario 100% + is a given.
