Just having a look at this stock as a potential investment, one thing that jumps out is the lack of technical (exploration) expertise on the board or within senior management - would be interested in hearing how much of an impediment others may consider this to be and is there subsequently a reliance on third party consultants for what would would typically be internal geological modelling / analysis work etc.
