Felix got a quick mention in th AFR this morning, reiterating that Felix & its advisers Wilson & Citigroup are having discussions with multiple parties about the proposed sale.
Not sure which parties could be shortlisted but Anglo, BHP, Rio & Peabody gets a mention yet again.
Also worth noting that the board controls 70%, so whatever the t/o offer is recommended, it should be taken up by shareholders, as per the article.
