Fundamental is difficult when you have Alan Greenspan on saying he got it wrong! As for charts, the indices are heading off the charts so no luck there. The only method left is the auction technique, offer a third of the new price. So DOW peaked at 14000, try 4242. Too cheap, then difference between that and recent big low 8000. Try 6000.
