All... The results of the recent AOD9604 trial have ALWAYS been in doubt. If the results were certain, the price of this stock would be somewhere north of $3.00 a share and would have been so for some time.

There were ALWAYS a number of holders of this stock with no intention of holding through the coming trading halt. They were in for the speculative anticapatory rise. These investors have been bailing out as they have always been expected to do. They are bailing out a bit earlier thatn I expected, but then the whole speculative run-up started a bit earlier than I had expected and has not taken the stock quite as far as I had expected. The main thing is that despite the differences in details, my general set of expectations has been shown to be reasonable and has been borne out by events.

As we approach the date of the expected release of the results of the recent trial of AOD9604, and the trading halt we all know will precede it, new buyers will be more and more likely to be coming in with the expectation and intention of holding through the halt and will hold through the ups and downs. Also, those who never intended to hold through the halt have largely removed themselves from the market by now, I expect. We may have one more day of capitulation before this is over.

Another thing to remember is that the percentage of institutional and other large holding in this stock has been INCREASING, not decreasing, over the past year. In other words, MBP is in an accumulative, not a distributive stage. Moreover, only a small percentage of the stock fulll holding is actually actively traded - maybe as little as 10%. The vast majority of shares are held by long term holders who are carrying the stock into the halt.

Today, Wednesday, the share price may go down more or it may rise. It may fall, then rise or it may rise, only to fall later. None of this action has the slightest bearing on wher this stock will be on March 15, 2007.

Fearmongers and naysayers are invited back then and we'll see who is laughing and who is not.
