In the report they gave 17 examples of past deals which included up-front and royalty payments. 3 or 4 appear to be up-front payments of $100mil+ with the rest being anywhere down from there. $10mill up-front would actually be a very low example based on the examples they gave in the report, but regardless even if it was a $10mill up-front payment, that payment alone for one application (excluding milestones and royalties) would support the company's current marketcap.
Bottom line is if we believe the TPM technology works then it is only a matter of time before the up-front component of any deal announced will push this to much higher levels.
