I think we all know the gas is there, the question is can they extract it at a cost that makes it commercial to produce and the other question is how much can they extract from the Basin at a feasible cost.
Once we get some answers around this, we will have an idea of what PEL 218 and ATP 855 are worth, until then it is just speculation. Once we have clarity on this we should have some price movement in the share price to reflect this. Hopefully some of these questions will be answered once this drilling program has progressed a little further, maybe by May-Jun-13?
