Angor - forgetting SDL for a moment, but in the majority of cases, vast majority, the direction of the Board influences the vote. It is very rare for a block in this type of scenario. Certainly form a Hedge Fund perspective, very very hard to see. Contrary to their MO. Very hard to see retail support for a NO. But anyway, we have done that argument to death.
45 IMO is a given for a Yes vote. You know why? Becuase Hedge Funds have the controlling stake on numbers and SDL can appeal if retail did not meet the threshold.
Funding the "right" consortium is the issue here. Not some double convoluted jeopardy where you scratch your ear behind your back. It would be nice to think you are right, really nice, but it doesn't stack up.
