That's a good idea to utilise the clinical facilities in the UAE, funded by Saudi Arabia.
One problem, though. NTCELLs are derived from pigs. Would UAE and Saudi let their medical facilities insert cells from pigs into the brains of people - whether into Muslims or into people of other religious persuasions?
