the chart is quietly consolidating and holding above the technical levels i've cited for both otc and asx scrips
that they both have held their levels suggests to me discretionary soak, a positive sign
the longer price is in this tight range the stronger the break-out
gone fishing signs should swing easily in the breeze at least until 1st week of december
