technical team confidence wpl vs roc

I'm really excited by WA-351-P and believe that it can be the 'company maker' that TAP have been looking for. The success nearology and prices paid for bordering leases are astronomical (much more excited about this than the Thailand deal).
Clincher for me is that WPL want in and ROC want out - whose technical team would you have most confidence in ? WPL - proven long-term success, or ROC - these are the clowns that lost millions of barrels of reserves at Basker Manta Gummy !?!
We may find that WPL will join us later at a much more favourable financial deal - these guys won't worry about paying a few mill. more for a prospect like that.
