Good Point. But the Peers have a team that have deep knowledge and experience of the battery technology and value chain.
I believe there is only one subject matter expert in ADO (Exec team and Board) - Mr Weiser?
Looks like he carries the rest of a high cost Exec team.
In terms of the rest you have a couple of middle mgt, GE General Managers and Project Managers and a Marketing person from life sciences.
A lot of cost for a Exec team who are not performing, high cost and would be an insult to put in front of battery experts.
This is a tough space (go a lot tougher) and you really need battery Cell DNA - your Exec team are pretty mediocre with big costly titles.
The Board are zero for 6 or 7 in terms of batteries
Compare that to any other company in the space.
The difference is stark
The technology looks very interesting but the Board and Exec LT just aren't capable
