Excuse me, where did the statement that he 'opted to miss the AGM' come from? I have seen no such statement, although I did see a post that 'questioned' if would front up.
Perhaps, just perhaps he will and put a few eggs on you 'scumbags' (your word not mine) faces. There is a credible line of thought that suggests he could.
