I have a feeling it's like three months from the notice (but only from memory and apparently I can't be bothered googling)

not sure about poison pills or hastening the process. I think it's probably in the interest of the board to ignore the distraction as long as possible and continue to focus on potential opportunities. I mean the last attempt was only three months ago... total waste of our time and funds (if you sit on my side of the fence that retains faith in the board..)
