    ARM looks to be breaking out of a descending triangle.

    With the short term MA about to cross back up over the long term MA we could be about to get some movement again.

    Technically all the signals are lining up with the early December rally, which began the move from 50 cents.

    An increase in volume and a break of $1.04 will confirm the start of the next rally.
