    Why? because it represents a balance of power between the buyers and sellers....an eye in the storm so to speak...

    My take...there wasn't a whole lot of selling going on at 1.4!...Most of the buying was at 1.5.....The bazaar attempt to manipulate the SP by placing fake orders on the bid and ask only confirms that this stock is not a dead duck. Someone wants it cheap!

    DON'T GIVE IT AWAY FELLOW MOOTERS!!!!
