They might be trying to orchestrate a dump however not sure it will work seeing how many have recently bought in on the highsIt is holding up quite well IMO & could easily push higher pending the weak hands. My gut feel is that it is more someone trying to accumulate under 10 cents but hey I'm no chartist!
