In relation to this "3-5 year jump", BRN has, history shows this can be erroded in what seems like a moment. Some people have a fundamental misunderstanding of the copywrite and patent process. Let me offer an example. If multiple companies have an innovation or product in development or in commercial use, is it unreasonable to think that a competitor cant obtain an innovators concept (even by not so nobel/lawful means? Then study and tweak it enough to evade infringement. If that not so nobel company has an existing sizable customer base, it can be problematic for the once product or innovation leader. This applies to millions of products in commercial circulation world wide.

I wont waste your time going through them. I know you and others are intelligent enough to understand this. In closing, none of this though is my primary focus when it comes to BRN. Its a consideration, but I see mass marketing, execution, expansion, growth and contract security a little more impartant. Hope I didnt offend.
