you should research Intel's patents.. Many have been rejected as brainchip already got them approved..
You don't understand the ip concept mate...
even if intel goes into commercialisation in next decade(hopefully), Brainchip will be earning royalties from intel if intel tries to earn based on those patents.
so the conclusion is even if intel goes into commercialisation or may be not; its a win win for brainchip
