I think the only confusion here is our understanding of gaps

the gap A which is an gap-up gap, has been filled on 26/8/2011
the gap B (20/9/2011 s/p was at 19c then next day gap-down so it created a gap at 19c) also has been filled as it touched 19c yesterday.

btw, I think you got it wrong by saying gap A was technically closed yesterday, coz it's a downside gap, and the only way to close the downside gap is when the s/p drop from high to low.
so technically speaking that there's no more gaps on the chart except the breakaway gap at 12.5c, imo
