yesterdays close was also highest close for just over a month even though it has flirted with the 0.19 on many occasions and as you quite rightly say 0.19 is a key resistance..
no doubt that the chart is looking interesting although the fundamentals IMHO will determine the share price..
IMHO the chart is telling us that time is running for those on the sidelines wishing to take a position..
