the good news is that AFR is going to respond to the Botswanan government tender/EOI for a greenfields IPP (announced by AFR 8 August 2013). Submissions close 27 November. It looks like a two horse race with Jindall. I would expect AFR would want to keep its submission close to its chest for as long as possible which is presumably why no news is coming out.
