That last paragraph explains very clearly the position OBJ is in;
'OBJ is cashed up and has been in a joint venture development phase for some years with its clients and now both parties are ready to reap the rewards.'
Holding this stock for a few years and this is the only time I am not sceptical that the rumblings are real & rewarding news.
