A couple of months ago they were talking about having the drilling to target high grade zones finished by mid year. Here we are mid May and they haven't even started, not sure where you got the info that plans to mine are a few of months ahead of schedule.
The market hates delay's, look at Oil and Gas explorer PVD. Did a FO that was expected to started drilling in Q3 this year. Drilling delayed to Q1 next year and share price is off approx 60%.
