I wouldn't be too concerned about what the charts say with OBJ as some of the well know chartists have been left wondering with OBJ trading behaviour not following the traditional norms.
In fact if there is no special deal for sophisticated investors in a CR. IMO they will be instructing their brokers to keep OBJ well below 10 cents until they get their fill.
