Two scenarios have presented themselves. Either an ABC pattern has completed (or almost) to complete Wave 2, and we now head back up. This is a very bullish scenario but only a break into new highs will confirm it . The upside targets are large.

OR , a 5 wave pattern has completed (or almost) and we now head back up to 35 - 37c counter trend before things turn negative again and we head back down to minumum early 20's but more than likely lower. This is naturally very bearish, and as my take on the markets is generally very similar to this scenario, I feel the threat is real so must be considered.

Although one scenario is strongly bullish and the other strongly bearish , the one thing they both have in common is that in all probability , at a minimum , we have the potential for a short term rise now (or soon) to the 35-37c region, even just via the bearish scenario. It really is a matter of seeing how the share responds when we hit these levels again .

I use a very powerful divergence indicator aswell that often (although not always) picks when a shares short term price trend is going to reverse - this indicator turned bullish today for AIM (note: its a short term indicator only) . There can be lag time on it (a few days) but often it picks the turn very early, so I'm going to suggest we may head up again now within the next few days , maybe as soon as tomorrow ??
