Last time I checked 1+1+1+2 = 5....which equals the inflow. The prepayment is in place as a contingency and for completion of any successful wells. Not sure why we are talking BYE here anyway. OEL has a very different strategy....it's just that it's not obvious what they are planning to do with their cash. Risk with transparency is good; conservatism with no strategy is laziness.
