technical view / summary

RQL is one of my hopefuls, I think it's undervalued at the moment. But one day we seem to have some enthusiasm, and then the next someone is selling low. I can understand with other stocks around it going up, but as soon as I sell it will go to 60c. :-)

Here is my chart, I have us close to breaking the downtrend but there's no real momentum. Oscillators aren't oversold so don't know that we'll go too far in the short term. Volume today was 97% below average. I can just feel that it will take off one day soon, perhaps any sort of announcement of a positive nature.
