In my weekly technical update from Aegis, there is a write-up on Mesoblast and as other threads focus on the fundamentals I thought I'd start one.

And Vinn is not going to like the opening line :-)

MSB has been a fantastic performer, as the chart below highlights. But there are now some concerning developments which suggest that risk is now to the downside.

Note the price action over the past couple of months which is very different in nature to the impulsive action which has characterised the stock over the past twelve months. This implies that upside momentum is waning and this is also reflected in the momentum indicators. The daily RSI has been trending lower since March and the weekly stochastic (right) has just broken below a rising trendline.

Price has not broken any key support levels at this stage, but the structure is deteriorating and there is an argument for taking profits"
