So typical can't figure out what is going on blame it on some unseen evil empire.

I know they are old TA but we now have 3 lower highs and 3 lower highs.

The 50 MA is below the 200. So we now have the stock price below 50,100, 200 MA
The 50 MA is below the 100 and the 200 MA so that is a combined count of - 5
against one positive of 100 is above the 200 Ma.

also looking at volume there has been much higher volume on down days than positive days. A very old TA methode I have not seen in many years is Multiply price change times volume that indicates we have a lot further to fall.
