They spelled it out pretty clearly in the beginning.

"The Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) model is the tool we will apply"

I have asked many times how people can justify the current price and never had an answer so a week or so ago I did a DCF and showed but how using that Methode the price is about right. I point out two important items first Simply wall street only does very positive articles. they make money by charging people to quote them.

Some times it is easier to see crazy stuff when you look at it under a different light. Here is a SWS article that says MP is 50% undervalued.
