The US uses lots of end products of REE. Except for some Ce based polishing compounds It buys no Oxides at all. Most oxides have to go through multiple processing steps, none of which is located in US, before it becomes anything the US would want. So regardless if it is refrigerator magnets, Catalytic converters or advanced motors and generators the US does not buy REO for its production.
I believe there is still lots of love. Just not the crazy speculations that existed for last two years. Here are several charts on the ASX, https://www.marketindex.com.au/statistics Take a careful look at the second chart which is a history of the PE for ASX. Note the large spike starting in July 2020 at under 20 and going to over 80 then back down again to under 20 today. Now look at Lynas SP chart. See any correlation? Now Lynas as a green stock participated in this strongly. Now going into a depression people do not have the money to spend on speculative investment.

Never blame ill intent for something that can be explained much better by normal behavior.

Lynas SP movement can easily be explained by just normal stock movements. Those movements say it is going lower and staying there longer than most people on this board realize.
Wrong! Do some more research so you can understand more.

Your number is reasonable if price for NdPr0 stays above $95 US NV. Anything lower than $85 and the SP will go lower during the recession. We can watch
    Why? When?
