Don't think so and here is why.
I went and made a chart. It turned up a couple of things First i was wrong the 413.9 M stock sale, was in Q1 of FY 2021. I was off by 2 Qs from memory.
Next Cash flow was very positive during from Q2 2022 till Q1 2023. After that it was negative when excluding onetime items.
Check out Q reports to make sure I did not make a mistake but here is a chart, and all data is from Q reports. As you can see cash from operations has been in a steady decline for 3 Qs. That means operational cash flow was negative. Every investment book says not to include onetime items when evaluating a company.
Look at NdPr prices and compare these to when operationally they had a positive cash flow or negative cash flow. For this I will again present the same chart which I have shown many times but people like you just do not seem to understand what it means. It means profits and cash flow drop for the next 6 months and maybe even a year. You did seem to understand clearly the importance of NdPr price when it was going up. Why don't you understand when it is going down?
Q1 2023 operational cash was positive NdPr was over 800. Q2 operational cash was negative and NdPr was between 650 and 800. What do you think Q1 2023 will look like with NdPr below 500? Just for record this also shows my positive cash flow line is much lower than it should be.
