I too want to buy Lynas in the future. I will not set a date or a price. My plan will probably mean i will buy 15~ 25% above bottom.
My only criteria is that they have a pe of 12 or less and a track record and clear path that say earnings are Growing. This is the primary and most important many things are needed for this to happen but they are contributors not primary causes. I may change the PE but in line with the PEs of major indexes.
Higher NdPrO prices probably above 800 RMB / KT WV Production over 10 KT NdPrO and growing. Successfully completing projects close to budget and schedule meeting original specification.
