Again you are looking at for a silver bullet to raise SP. I just went back and listened to what she said. I think it was just a statement to appease people that they were looking at it not plans to actual do anything. They also no longer have cash to support even a 25 Cent / year dividend. Rember cutting back or stopping a dividend usually causes a bigger SP drop than starting one. So they better make sure they have enough cash to keep it going with at least on increase for 4~ 6 years.
