You claim to be a long term holder. You continue to base your TA on Less than a week of info. These two things make no sense to me at all. So SP drops from A$8.60 to $7.36 a 14.4% drop in 11 market days. Then rises A$7,36 to7.66 4% in3 market days. This includes an announcement about Dy. Which was very good news. Unfortunately for the second time in a months lots of talk but no hint at potential volume. First time was right after 10.5 minutes in Q3 CC When AL was asked what volume would be and she didn't give any sort of answer at all. So anybody who thinks this might help Lynas's earnings has to remember The equation is very incomplete for how much DY will help. Price times an Unknown is an unknown. I am becoming very suspicious of the fact we have no indication of volume Even after the first successful output. I have given the two biggest reasons that I think may be true.
The volume will be very low. so low it will not have a major impact on earnings. This is still good news. It develops the process to allow future expansion at Lamp and optimize Texas
AL has been burned so many times on volume forecast that she is being cautious on all forecasts. This shows very poor project management and planning, it needs fixing. It is not AL's job to do better Project management. It is absolutely her job to make staff changes to fix it.
7 years after AL assured us that they would achieve NEXT rates in the next Q. This happened multiple times over multiple Qs and here is where we are now. Look at KAL it was suppose to have the Capacity to supply lamp Texas and do some tolling. It cannot meet all of lamps current needs for 6.5 KT without running Lamps C&L When I see a solid Engineering and manufacturing team being put in place I will start buying. I do not need to see results, just changes that should result in improvements.
